About our company
B2 Management Solutions' sole purpose is to provide exceptional service and business value to our clients. We are a lean organization and keep our overhead low which enables us to attract the best talent and deliver the highest caliber results to our clients. As a result, our team is right-sized and made up of partners, so we are able to staff projects with high-end resources at rates lower than the competition.
B2 is an extension of Dawson Solutions founded in 2002. Under the leadership of Rebecca Dawson, Dawson Solutions provided B2B corporate marketing and event project management services to telecom and high-tech businesses.
Building on the success of Dawson Solutions, B2 Management Solutions was founded to provide expanded program and project management services to corporations that include a broader, more technical spectrum. This new entity was created with the addition of Bryan Dawson in 2008.

With experience working as project manager and consultant to organizations from coast to coast, Rebecca specializes in working with businesses of all shapes and sizes. From managing multi-faceted marketing programs to planning and executing large scale conferences and tradeshows, Rebecca has a proven track record with clients such as T-Mobile, CMP Media, AMS Services, the Pacific Northwest Research Institute, Envision, Pacific Edge Software, Microsoft and Shell.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and is also a professionally-trained ontological business and life coach.

Bryan is a seasoned aerospace and manufacturing professional. As a well respected leader in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, Bryan learned how to integrate solid leadership skills as they relate to projects and teams.
His experience ranges from Program Management of aerospace programs and large information systems to line management. He has held many positions in Manufacturing and Program Management including leading continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.
Bryan holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a professionally-trained ontological coach.
